Frequently Asked Questions

What types of pets do you treat?

Cats and Dogs: Our vet services focus primarily on wellness care and diagnostics for cats and dogs. Please refer to the additional Services pages here for specifics about the Medical and Non-Medical services we provide.

Do you accept emergencies?

During business hours: Emergencies are accepted any time we are open based on Veterinarian availability. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please give us a call immediately or click here to learn more.

Do I need anything when I arrive for my appointment?

While we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings, or other pets. For this reason, we ask that you properly restrain your pet before entering our waiting room.

We recommend that all dogs be on a NON-RETRACTABLE leash or in a carrier and properly controlled, and all cats be in an appropriate cat carrier.

Do you accept walk-ins?

All office visits are by appointment only. We attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Existing clients with an active email may request appointments through the pet’s personal Petly account once the account has been activated OR on our website by clicking here.

Are you open today?

We are open Monday through Friday from 9 am-6 pm and Saturday 9 am-4 pm. To learn more about our hours and policies click here.

Do you see exotic animals?

We do see birds, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, and reptiles, but only for basic exams and minor maintenance services such as nail trims. We can advise you on the dietary, maintenance, hygiene, and medical needs of these pets, but ill pets should be seen by an exotics specialist.
