For the safety of all:
- dogs MUST be on a leash or in a carrier.
- cats MUST be in an appropriate carrier.
All office visits are by appointment only. Our appointment schedule is computerized, which allows us to efficiently make appointments for your pet. We will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Please note that our Business Hours and Appointment Hours are different. Refer to the Hours information at the bottom of the page.
Please be prompt! If an appointment cannot be kept, we require 24 hours notice. We reserve the right to invoice for "no shows" if the time slot cannot by filled.
Emergencies are accepted any time we are open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please give us a call immediately.
Telephone reports concerning hospitalized pets are provided AFTER 12:30 pm unless otherwise specified by the Doctor. These up-date reports are given to owners by the Reception staff. Full reports will be given to owners by the Doctor, generally after 6:00 pm.
Hospitalized patients will be discharged after hospital reports are given and prior to 5:30 pm weekdays, 3:30 pm Saturdays. No discharges are permitted on Sundays or Holidays, or before noon Monday through Saturday, unless otherwise specified by the Doctor.
Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. Debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) checks and cash are accepted. All credit card charges must be signed by the owner of the card. Special circumstances require the prior approval of the Business Administrator.
A $25.00 fee will be assessed for any returned checks.
